HR7 Mega Store – Return & Refund Policy

At HR7 Mega Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Return & Refund Policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Received a faulty, broken, or incorrect product.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: The product delivered does not match the order.
  • Not as Described: The item significantly differs from its listing (e.g., color, size, material).
  • Change of Mind (Seller-Dependent): Some sellers accept returns for unwanted items (check individual store policies).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital downloads (software, e-books, etc.)
  • Intimate/healthcare items (unless defective)

2. Return Timeframe

  • Standard Returns: Request must be made within 7-14 days of delivery (varies by seller).
  • Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your HR7 Mega Store account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item for return.
  3. Choose a reason and submit the request.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive:
  5. return shipping label (if prepaid returns apply).
  6. Instructions for self-shipping (if applicable).
  • Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging).
  • Ship it back and track the return.

4. Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process:

  • Full Refund: Original payment method (within 5-10 business days).
  • Store Credit: Instant HR7 Mega Store wallet balance (if preferred).
  • Replacement: If available, a new item will be shipped.

 

Deductions & Exceptions:

  1. Return shipping fees may apply (unless the return is due to seller error).
  2. Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless policy states otherwise).

5. Seller-Managed Returns

Some sellers handle their own returns. If so:

  1. You’ll receive direct instructions from the seller.
  2. HR7 Mega Store may step in if the seller is unresponsive.

6. Late/Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank/payment provider (some take 3-5 extra days).

7. Exchanges

Exchanges (size/color swaps) are subject to stock availability. Contact the seller or our support team for assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy
